I came in for a Quick Windshield Wiper change and tore air fill. They were courteous, professional and welcoming. Got me in and out within 10 minutes. Plus they located a coupon for me. Conscientious service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Tire Plus thanks to Ryan, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled the right way. He took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I left completely satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find. Ryan runs a great operation, and it shows in the way he treats his customers and his team. If you’re looking for honest service and someone who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Ryan. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future tire or automotive needs.

I stopped coming to this location because the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE. Today I had a nail in my tire and didn't have a choice. To my surprise there was new staff. Ariel was AMAZING! He was professional, patient, understanding and helpful. He has changed my mind about this location. I hope they make him a manager!

I had a terrible experience at tires plus Store #453633 Pembroke Pines, FL - 9870 Pines Blvd I am not going to say the name of the employee due to respecting their privacy. I called tires plus during the week to see if they have the tires for my car. According to the sales representative, they do. I got a quote over the phone and mentioned that I would pass by Friday afternoon to get my tires installed. Since I was a first time customer, I got several discounts. I appericated the customer service at the time. I took an uber home and waited. The same person who gave me a quote called me the first time and told me that the tires that was offered to me the first time was not available. I was offered similar that would fit my car. the price was cheaper. I said okay to that. Then I get another call from the same person saying that the tires were not available and had to order it. That's the first red flag. I was told one thing, but yet I was told something else. I go back to get my car. The employee apologized and offered to get the tires the next day, give me more discount and make me a priority . I was told the tires would get there the next day. I believed him and allowed the e

The worst manager ever, Loly is rude and inefficient at her job. Not sure how they settled on making her a manager but they should reconsider. This lady had me waiting over two hours for a simple tire change. When I asked for a status, she gave me and her employee an attitude as if I was out of line for asking. She finally did her due diligence to get an update and found out her staff never processed the order. She sent her staff in to apologize and I had to remind her that the issue is with management as she saw me sitting there the entire time and didn’t think it was weird that a client had been waiting for so long. When I told her she could at least apologize she stated she wasn’t going to get on her knees despite me simply stating an apology was never received. In this day and age it’s important that the right people represent your company. She doesn’t seem to be the right person. Reconsider this place because management is the worst. Update: Loly proceeded to engage in a debate with me over the responsibilities of management. She seems to think it’s not her responsibility to understand what is going on in her shop or know what jobs are being worked on. Ironically I never enga
